This recipe originally called for Sage leaves, but seeing as the slugs have chomped their way through all my sage I have substituted Coriander instead, you can add whatever you want I think Lemon Verbena Rosemary and Thyme would work just as well.
1 Tin of Butter beans
2 Tbs of Olive Oil
2 Tbs chopped Coriander
Sea salt to taste
Now for the easy bit throw all ingredients into a food processor and mix until creamy.
