Autumn Foraging

A beautiful autumn day spent in the garden gathering apples,Blackberries,nettles for soup.
Just enjoying the wonderful produce Mother Nature has bestowed on us.

Got an apple Spice cake in the oven, will post the recipe later. Nettle soup already done for the week, have yet to make a Ratatouille for tea, the secret of being Vegan for me is have things prepared in advance, I tend to cook a lot over the weekend so when I get in from work I’m not struggling and not just grabbing processed junk.
