Perfect when you want a little chocolatey,healthy treat.I made two of these last night and had one for breakfast ( all in the interest of research you understand) and result was actually a nice healthy filling breakfast, the chia seeds in it once swelled made it very filling.
It also makes a nice desert I just added some coconut cream and a few berries and it’s one of the simplest recipes you’ll ever find.
1/4 cup or 4 tbs Chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk but any nut milk or soy milk would be delicious.
1Tbs Cacoa or cocoa powder
1 Tbs Maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until cocoa powder has been mixed through, place in 2 glasses and leave in fridge overnight.
Now what could be easier?
